The LiveU Solo Portal
While you can start and stop transmission from the controls on the unit itself, you will use the LiveU Solo Portal to configure your destination configuration, manage multiple units at once, and see the features your LiveU Solo is licensed for.
The portal is available from: https://solo.liveu.tv
Register An Account
If you have not done so yet, sign up for an account at the portal. If you have an account, log in or reset your password to be able to log in.
Register Your Unit
To add your LiveU Solo unit to your account, just go to Add Solo Unit once logged into the portal. You add units by serial number, which you can discover on your unit, either via the sticker on the bottom of the unit, or via the Unit Info option on the on-screen menu.

What if my Solo is borrowed and I want to register it with a new account I made today?
k_simington you need to open a quick case with use, with the Report An Issue link at the top of the support portal. We don't yet have the ability to switch registration from the portal, but its coming in a future update.
For now someone from support will help you out.
I can't seem to register my Solo. I have another one previously added to my account and I'm keeping that one as well but I just purchased a new one. When I go to the registration page I put in all the details (serial number, address and zip code etc) and when I click "next" the page looks like it reloads but it brings me back to the same registration page with all the details I just input.
All of the information fields turn green.
Can anyone help ?
Made a ticket for you so we can help you out.
Hi, I am having the same problem user "renevillajr" is having. I have filled the form of the registeration page, and whenever I click "next", nothing really happens. I figured the LiveU modem was not connected to my WiFi, so I tried connecting my LAN cable in this time and I still have the same problem.
Ok made a ticket for you as well, we will figure it out!
I am having the same issue -unable to register device.
Hmm just tested it out and it works for us - ok will make you a ticket too and see if we can find a pattern on a regression here.
