If you are looking for a way to see when your LRT subscription for bonding will end, this feature is coming very soon to the portal! Update it is here! Well, almost. Now when you log into the portal, you have the option to see Subscription Information:
This will show you the state of your LRT subscription as well as the new Graphics subscription.
For now your LRT information might be partial, but it should always tell you whether a given unit has the service or not.
Very soon you will be able to see when your end date is, purchase/renew/cancel your subscription from right in the portal, and more. More updates coming in a few weeks!

Have purchased LiveU Solo only a couple of days ago, and no LRT yet. How fast is service on after using credit card here: https://shop.liveu.tv/products/cloud-service
It should be immediate. Following the steps in this article, are you able to enable LRT?
Started to purchase LRT for one month - and after going to cart I see something like $-2,205.00 USD so I am not sure... What is that 2,205.00 USD...??
well indeed that sounds strange, let me move this to a case so we can work it out!
So problem is solved now, thanks @danielp:-).
is the subscription of LRT service tied to our account or to the unit's serial number?
It is tied to the serial number of the unit. When we move LRT subscriptions to the Solo Portal, there will be some automated help to cancel your subscription if you remove (or have to RMA) a Solo and re-add it if you add a new Solo.
My first LRT subscription confirmation (order #1894) mail has arrived to my mailbox from LiveU Online Store Apr. 16, 2018 23:42 (EEST). When excatly my subcription will end (and when at latest I must buy new month of LRT if I do not want one second without LRT?
We are right in the middle of a process of upgrading the portal to now show you this information. The total upgrade may occur in pieces but in total should be complete by the end of May. No one will have LRT turned off during that time just to be on the safe side - we want to get the new system in place and get everyone a chance to learn it. So no worries on that - look for the upgrade and then it should be a lot clearer and rest assured we won't deactivate your LRT while we are in this process!
When I got my LiveU Solo unit, I had an offer to take up a 3month free LRT trial. Followed thru the procedures of online purchase, keyed in the promo code, click purchase and no deduction via my credit card. Less than a month later, now I am charged for the subscription. Been a couple of days since I raise this issue via Zendesk and a few other email channels, but haven't gotten any official response. Can I have some reply please?!
Hey Dixon, I have seen some internal discussions on your issue with some staff trying to track down how it happened and working to refund you the money. I will make sure whoever grabbed your case updates you with the current status!
Does the LTR subscription begin on the start date of the purchase and end after 30 days? Hope so. And not like Verizon, every 1st of the month, new bill.
If your asking, does it auto-renew at the end of period - it does. you need to return to shop.liveu.tv (for now, very soon it will be on solo.liveu.tv) in order to cancel it. @johnp
