Solo Connect data plans do not require a contract or commitment and can be stopped at any time by canceling from the Solo portal. Cancelling will mean you are not charged after the end of the current period, and that the SIMs will stop working some time after the end of the current period.
However, once stopped (canceled) once, some carrier rules and procedures make it difficult to restart these plans should you want to restart at a later time.
We can support you restarting your plan using the same modems, however, please understand:
- It will take 7-10 business days to execute
- We will have to mail you new SIM cards
